Booking & Payments
Q: How do I book?
You can book online 24/7 through our website. Simply choose your item, pick your date, enter your postcode, and complete your booking.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. All bookings require a small deposit to secure your date and equipment.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
Yes!

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments through our secure online booking system.
Delivery
Q: Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to Scarborough and surrounding areas. Enter your postcode on any product page to check availability and delivery costs.
Q: What time will you arrive?
We will deliver and collect on the times you book with us. For school or hall bookings, please contact us so we can plan your times accurately.
Safety & Setup
Q: Are your inflatables safe and insured?
Yes! All our equipment is:
Q: Can bouncy castles go on concrete?
Outdoor castles must be on real grass, as they require large safety stakes.
Indoor setups on solid flooring are fine.
Q: Do you need power for the bouncy castle?
Yes. A standard household plug is fine. It must be within 20–25 metres.
Extensions can be provided.
Weather & Cancellations
Q: What happens if it rains?
We run a fair and flexible policy. If weather becomes unsafe, we may postpone, cancel or rearrange. Indoors is always the best option in winter.
Q: What wind speeds are safe?
Following HSE rules, we cannot operate castles outdoors in winds over 24mph, including gusts.
Q: Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Please get in touch as soon as possible.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing.
On the Day of Your Event
Q: How much space do I need?
Each product page shows the exact space required, including extra room for mats and blowers.
Q: Do I need to stay with the inflatable?
Yes. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.
Q: Can adults use the inflatables?
Only if the product is listed as adult-friendly. Most standard castles are for children only.
Cleaning & Hygiene
Q: Are your castles cleaned?
Absolutely — every single castle and soft play set is cleaned before every hire.
Q: Do you clean between hires?
Yes, always. Hygiene is a top priority.
